synonyms: confirm, ratify, endorse, verify, validate
"I corroborated data from multiple science sources to help enhance my school project."
  • The Madison corroborated with my mom about our dog. -Chiara
  • I corroborated with my teacher that we have a test tomorrow. 

Cursory- adjective: hasty and therefore not thorough or detailed.
synonyms: perfunctory, desultory, casual, superficial, token
"I gave my mom a cursory glance when I walked over to her because I knew I was in trouble."

Despicable- adjective: deserving hatred and contempt.
synonyms:contemptible, loathsome, hateful, awful, abominable, reprehensible
"People that don't care about themselves or others are despicable."
